The Evergreen Impact Housing Fund (EIHF), part of the Seattle Foundation, supports working-class communities by investing in large-scale affordable housing projects across King County. Collaborating with Minerva Strategies, the design approach focused on simplicity and cohesion by pairing EIHF’s brand color, olive, with Seattle Foundation’s teal.

A series of two-page PDFs was created to introduce the fund and showcase both new and ongoing projects. A key element of the project was the “Life of an Investment” infographic, which visually outlines the investment process from start to Year 17. This detailed yet approachable infographic highlights milestones for investors, EIHF, and developers, offering a clear picture of the fund’s long-term impact.
