The Evergreen Impact Housing Fund (EIHF), part of the Seattle Foundation, invests in large-scale affordable housing projects in King County to support the working-class population. Collaborating with Minerva Strategies, the design approach focused on simplicity and cohesion by pairing EIHF’s brand color, olive, with Seattle Foundation’s teal.

To communicate EIHF’s mission and progress, I designed a series of two-page PDFs that provided an overview of the fund and showcased both new and ongoing projects. A key element of this project was creating the “Life of an Investment” infographic, which visually outlines the investment process from start to Year 17. This detailed yet approachable infographic highlights milestones for investors, EIHF, and developers, offering a clear picture of the fund’s long-term impact.
