2024 Annual Luncheon Event Materials

To celebrate Seattle Girls School’s 20th anniversary, a logo and event materials were designed to mark the milestone and build excitement for what’s next. The anniversary logo incorporated the school’s purple and yellow-green palette, paired with a bold “20” in a sans-serif typeface that contrasted nicely with the hand-drawn style of the primary logo. A rounded-corner box framed the design to create a stamp-like mark. The invitation featured purple duotone photo treatments to represent earlier days of the school, contrasted with full-color images to reflect the present, visually highlighting the anniversary’s theme of reflecting on the past while looking ahead. Trifold table centerpieces at each table featured the event’s awardee alongside three other SGS alumni, creating a personal and celebratory connection to the school’s impact over the years.

For the 2024 Annual Luncheon, the theme “Galaxy of Opportunities: Empowering Rising Stars” guided the design of the invitation, printed program, and pledge card. The vertically opening invitation featured color gradations to create soft edges and curved dotted lines that suggested upward movement, symbolizing the limitless possibilities ahead for students. The event supported the school’s fundraising efforts for the year ahead.
